Country will feature live performances, spoken word, and a curated visual art projection on the Town Hall’s LED screen – creating an immersive and multi-sensory audience experience.

COUNTRY is a beautifully curated, immersive sensory experience at the Tamworth Country Music Festival (TCMF) that reimagines what “Country” means. It’s not just a genre – it’s land, culture, community, stewardship, and belonging.

From grassroots buskers to internationally recognised voices, artists of all cultures will come together on one stage to honour Country in its many forms. The ethos is simple: “From the street to the stage” – creating a professional platform where passion meets purpose.

COUNTRY is not just a concert – it’s a conversation. It bridges cultures, elevates grassroots voices, and honours Country as land, connection, and belonging. By attending, you’re not just part of a show – you’re helping create a new chapter in how Tamworth celebrates Country: one that is inclusive, transformative, and unforgettable.

This event is guided by core values. Country is for Everyone – amplifying voices across First Nations, multicultural, emerging, and established artists. Deep Connection – songs and stories that speak to land, healing, and the ties that unite us. Transformation – audiences are moved, and artists are empowered.

Country is an invitation- to listen, to feel, to belong.

The performance itself is multi-layered and open in form. Songs and music will resonate with spirit and place. Spoken word and poetry will carry the stories of Country. Conversations and reflections will allow artists to share what Country means to them in their own words. There will also be collaborations and surprises that emerge in the moment. This openness ensures every contribution – whether a single song, a short story, or a heartfelt reflection – is valued.

A curated selection of visual artworks will also be projected on the Town Hall’s LED screen throughout the event. Paintings, photography, and digital works will weave a visual story alongside the music and spoken word and movement, creating a multi-sensory experience that reminds us: Country is not only sung, but also painted, imagined, and seen.

Join us for an unforgettable morning where music, story, and art come together to celebrate COUNTRY in all its forms.
