Special notes about membership:

  • This is a 12 month membership
  • Credit accumulates and must be taken within 12 months
  • Members can spend above their accumulated credit, but will need to pay the excess with cash or credit card at time of purchase
  • Members can increase your membership level at any time
  • In order that we keep giving value, you are able to cancel within the first 30 days without penalty. If you choose to cancel your membership within 6 months of joining you will be charged 20% cancellation fee on the balance owing + applicable direct debit fees and after this time you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee on the balance owing + applicable direct debit fees. If you do cancel, you can use the credit you have accrued up to and including the cancellation date.
